Anthony Florio – Food
Under is an underwater restaurant in Lindesnes (a village in southern Norway known for its wild coastline) in Norway. A monolith of concrete, like a sea monster, whose name is two-way: it can be translated as "miracle" and "under" in Norwegian.
The floor of his restaurant is 5.5 meters below sea level. The dining area is 495 square meters, making it the largest underwater restaurant in the world, with a capacity of 40 people.
The studio Snøhetta (@snohetta) likes to surprise. From a museum in San Francisco whose architecture takes up the fog, the symbol of the city, to an Oslo-style opera house in Oslo, Norwegian architects integrate their iconic creations into the landscape without losing them in the decor.
