Food – Food

Yoni Saada

Son and grandson of the oldest butchery in the Marais, Yoni Saada has always had a foothold in the kitchen.

He started at age 19 following his cooking and baking studies at the Parisian school Grégoire Ferrandi. After graduation, he worked in prestigious brigades such as that of Yannick Alléno at the hotel Meurice (***), William Ledeuil to Bouquinistes (**) and especially that of his mentor Frédéric Anton at Pré Catelan (***).

In 2017, after several TV shows on M6, France 2 entrusted him with the co-presentation of his new food program "A Chef à l'Oreille" with Elodie Gossuin.

Yoni is also on the opening of a second Bagnard and a new restaurant on 2017/2018, both in Paris.
