Magnus Ek **

The legend of chef Magnus Ek began in 1994, when he and his partner Agneta Green rented Oaxen Skärgårdskrog (abbreviated Oaxen Krog) on the remote island of Oaxen near Stockholm. In a few years it has become one of the most renowned gourmet restaurants in Sweden. From the beginning, Magnus Ek has been his own mentor cooking according to his very personal philosophy based essentially on the regional and sustainable aspect, with "the inclusion of nature in each dish", which plays a decisive role.
