Oliver Firla is one of those chefs you do not meet much. The hand on the heart, the heart in the right place and the head in place.
Hang in there, because Oliver is a chef who works with local products ... which are ALL 1,5km around his restaurant (yes, you read correctly). It is thus from years to years that we find ourselves to photograph and promote his work with artisans, fishermen, ... Because when I say everything, it is as well fish, meat or his vegetables.
