This is how this leader describes himself, of a nature and a calm which seize more than one.

San (of his little name) was a prescriber at the time of molecular cooking at Eghezée in Belgium. Today, he defines himself as a heritable "terroir-contemporain" that he likes to cook in all his creativity. He and his team are now nestled in a square farm with contemporary features. Located in Liernu, it is an integral part of the chef's world, between a tradition of identity and a look towards tomorrow.
